Ayush Tahilyani is working in one of the prominent educational institutions in Rajasthan as a Center Head of the Hospitality department.

Ayush Tahilyani is from Bundi in Rajasthan. He has done his schooling from Bundi itself. Then he pursued his graduation from Udaipur. After completing his vocational training from the Taj Hotel in Jodhpur and industrial training from the Marriott Group of Hotels, he started his career by working at five-star hotels of Jodhpur.

Ayush says that it was not easy for him to convince his friends, family, and relatives to let him work in the hotel industry. But, after some time, his family agreed and with the support of his family he pursued his dream career.

Ayush worked in Jodhpur for about six months before properly starting his career in Dubai. He worked in Dubai for two years with various five-star hotels in the housekeeping department.

Then he returned to India and decided to switch to the education and training field in the housekeeping department itself. He started by working as a teaching associate in a college. After some time, he got an opportunity to become the Principal of a college. Thereafter, he got an even bigger opportunity in a government university in Udaipur, Rajasthan as a teaching consultant, where he worked for four years. He says that he was honored when he got the chance to invite his former teachers, from when he was a student, to teach in his institution, and once he was also invited to his institution as an examiner.

Currently, he is working in teaching hospitality, with another institute in Rajasthan. He also owns a firm which supplies various housekeeping-related materials to five-star hotels of several cities in Rajasthan.

While working, Ayush was regular with studies and completed his masters too, and he is pursuing another masters course - MTTM.

Ayush believes that you must know your patience level before pursuing any career, and most importantly, you must be ready to work hard constantly, as it is the only way to achieve success He says that he was a very naughty kid in his childhood and didn’t like studying much, but when he became sure of his career goal, he got sincere and worked hard towards his passion.

Ayush says that he got the inspiration to pursue this career field from a senior of his, who was in this field already. He says that it was not very easy for him to pursue this field because he came from a Hindi medium background and the hospitality industry requires fluency in English but through consistent efforts and hard work he made a good name for himself in this industry.

Ayush says that he got the chance to make contacts with many interesting people around the world and he has also helped several students get placed with five-star hotels.

Ayush says that he gets full support and inspiration from his mother and wife, who herself belongs to the hospitality industry. He also admires his teachers a lot and constantly learns from them.

Ayush constantly tries to do even better and grow himself both personally and professionally.
